What is Here to Share?

Here to Share is a non-profit organisation founded in 2021 which aims to bridge donors to the ones in need. Furthermore, it also aims to spread kindness to as many people as possible.

Does Here to Share have a home base?

Here to Share currently does not have a home base or head office, thus all managerial activities are carried out virtually.

Donations

In what form is the donation made through Here to Share handed over to the recipient?

The form of donation is varied based on the ongoing project. It depends on the needs of donation recipient (e.g., cash, supplies, etc).

Does Here to Share have certain criteria in determining the donation recipient?

There are no specific criteria for determining the donation recipients. However, our team always tries to conduct careful research to choose the right recipient in every project.

How to donate through Here to Share?

You can donate through our campaign link on our Project page.

Does Here to Share still accept donation, even though there is no ongoing project?

Of course! We are thankful if you intent to donate for our internal development and operational fee. So far, our team only depends on our personal budgets. Please visit HOME and click on DONATION.

Is there a minimal amount for the donation?

No! We believe no favour is too small, any amount of donation will be meaningful and impactful to those in needs.

Will the name of Here to Share donors be displayed in the donation report?

We will always confirm this with each donor. Your name can be displayed, with your real name or alias. Moreover, your donation can also be anonymous.

Does Here to Share have a region priority for the donation recipient?

Currently, there is no special priority concerning the region or location of the donation recipient. However, most of Here to Share members are located in Jabodetabek (Jakarta-Bogor-Depok-Tangerang-Bekasi). Thus, on-site handover of donation and event were so far limited to the aforementioned cities. Otherwise, we will only send the donations through courier services across Indonesia, without doing an on-site event with the donation recipient.

How does Here to Share distribute donation to donation recipient?

The distribution of donations is carried out transparently with a full report. The mechanism of distribution is varied and depends on the project (e.g., on-site, postal, through representative, virtual, etc.)

How does Here to Share give a valid evidence of donation distribution?

The full report of donation and project will always be uploaded to the Project page. We will ensure that all donation received will be utilized and handed over in full to the donation recipient.

How do I know Here to Share is open for volunteer recruitment?

You can SUBSCRIBE to our newsletter to be the first to know of our new projects. Furthermore, you can also directly apply to our ongoing project by checking out available positions in our projects on the page PROJECTS.

How long is the duration of 1 Here to Share project?

The duration of each project is varied. However, on average, one Here to Share project takes around three months, starting from planning until evaluation of the project.

Do Indonesians who currently live abroad can apply as Here to Share volunteers?

Of course! Currently, our volunteers are spread across 4 continents. Most of the project coordination and planning is done virtually and in the time zones of all volunteers.
